15 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. pregnant women; 2. age range of 15-45; 3. gestational age of 36-42; 4. ASA <=II; 5. no history of systemic diseases such as cardiac, pulmonary, renal,gonadal nd metabolic disooders; 6. no history of the administration of alph and beta blockers and agonists; 7. no history of blood hypertension, eclampsia and pre-eclampsia; 8. no history of psycological disorders; 9. no history of use of use of alcohol, cigarette and opioid; 10. Body Mass Index <=40 kg/m2; 11. no twin or multiple pregnancy and polyhidramnios.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant women; 2. age 45 years; 3. gestational age of 42; 4. ASA >II; 5. history of systemic diseases such as cardiac, pulmonary, renal, gonadal and metabolic disooders; 6. history of the administration of alph and beta blockers and agonists; 7. history of blood hypertension, eclampsia and pre-eclampsia; 8. history of psycological disorders.
