Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult Chinese Han women(18-38 years old) with Hyperinsulinemia,match the 2003 Rotterdam diagnostic criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Such as elevated prolactin levels, should be excluded from the pituitary tumor; Such as hyperandrogenism or androgen clinical manifestations, should be excluded from the atypical adrenal hyperplasia (NCAH) (due to the 21 - hydroxylation enzyme deficiency, determination of the level of 17 - hydroxyprogesterone), Cushing syndrome, secretionandrogen and ovarian tumors;Associated with serious heart, brain, kidney and other diseases. The pill contraindications; suffering from diseases that affect glucose and lipid metabolism; the last three months, a history of steroid use; smoking (> 10 cigarettes / day)
