18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: With liver cirrhosis;A solitary HCC 0.5cm, and to intestine> 1cm; Liver function Child-Pugh A or B; Age 18 - 75 years;No previous treatment of HCC.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: HCC with extrahepatic metastasis; With other malignancies, or other organ failure; Patients with clinically significant gastrointestinal bleeding within 30 days prior to study entry; Combined with other hepatitis virus co-infection; History of encephalopathy, ascites refractory to diuretics; Pregnant or breast-feeding patients; With serious bleeding tendency (platelet <50*10^9/L, prothrombin activity <60%); Substance abuse, medical, psychological or social conditions that may interfere with the patient's participation in the study or evaluation of the study results; Patient compliance is poor.
