Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescents of 10 to 19 years old who are admitted to ENT wards, and would like to attend the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adolescents suspect of mental health prolem, with any serious health problems (e.g. cancer, diabetes), visual defect or taking any medication which may intervene their stress responses.
