18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: aged 18~45 years; BMI 19~24; Physical examination normal; hematology panel, chemistry panel and urinalysis normal; electrocardiography, Chest-xray and abdominal ultrasound normal; signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subject who had allergy history; Subject had been taking any drugs ( including Traditional Chinese Medicine ) within 2 weeks before the trial; Subject had attended other drug clinical trial within 3 months before this trial; Subject participated in a blood donation within 3 months before the trial; Tobacco, alcohol and drug abusers; Hepatitis B surface antigen positive; a tendency to hemorrhage; Subjects were also excluded if they were pregnant or breastfeeding.
