Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age 1-12 years; 2. the children diagnosed the viral pheumonia and need hospitaled; 3. the acute period, phase timen<=72 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the severe type of the viral pheumonia, included: (1) SaO2<=0.92; (2) shock and disturbance of consciousness; (3) the rate of the breathe increase quickly, the fast pulse rate with Serious respiratory distress and depletion; (4) refractory apnea or Slow and irregular breathe; 2. the poor development in bronchial and lung of children; 3. abave used Corticosteroids and other immunity regulator in 2 weeks before hospitalized; 4. sensitive to the interferon; 5. children suffering congenital heart disease, liver disease, kideny disease and Hematopoietic system disease, epilessy and other central nervous system disorder.
