Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients hadto meet the clinical criteria in 1987 or 2010 for rheumatoid arthritis; 2. disease history is less than a year; 3. patients can provid the informed consent document in writting, and agree to abide by the requirement for the research plan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Female patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 2. patients who have severe systemic diaease; no perceptibility or can not take care of onself in daily life; malignant tumor.
