Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age 18-70 years old; 2. need cardiac valves surgery under extracorporeal Circulation; 3. sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Basement eGFR<50 ml/min; 2. Low cardiac output or persistant hypotension (systolic pressure <90mmHg, or mean arterial pressure <60mmHg) due to complication in surgery or after surgery.
