60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. be aged 60-85 years old; 2. score at least 24 on the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) to show that they had no cognitive impairment; 3. and demonstrate through the Independent Activity of Daily Living test that they could be considered independent in activities of daily living.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. cardiovascular pathologies such as symptomatic cardiovascular disease or uncontrolled hypertension; 2. previous experience in TC; 3. any musculoskeletal disease referred to the lower limbs such as low back pain, serious arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis; 4. any pathology affecting lower extremity function such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, or any other disabling neurologic illness.
