intervention:The first week: SMBG 4times/1day
the 2~11week: SMBG1time/1day. Updating datas got from SMBG to the digital files. Doctor uses the digital file to adjust treatment and health education.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. documented as diabetes,age from 18 to 75years,male/female; 2. years of education>=9; 3. inadequate glycemic control: FBG>7.5mmol/L or 2hPBG>10mmol/L; 4. HbA1c>=7.5%; 5. make sure to return for visit every two weeks; 6. willing to take part in.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. had participated in other study in 4 weeks; 2. Hematocrit70%; 3. Oxygen uptaking; 4. with serious organic disease,primary disease,blood disease and poorly controlled hypertension; 5. mental abnormality; 6. addicted to alcohol or medicine; 7. pregnant or feeding baby.
