18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 to 65; 2. With informed consent; 3. Received a minimally invasive heart surgery through intercostal approach.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. LVEF lower than 25%; 2. The history of acute or chronic lung disease; 3. Acute or chronic renal failure,GFR lower than 60ml/min; 4. Congestive heart failure; 5. Liver disease; 6. Abnormal blood test,WBC<3.0*10^9/L, Hb<9.5g/dL, Plt<100*10^9/L; 7. Pregnant or lactate; 8. The reseacher considered that the patient was not suitable; 9. Patient still in other study.
