Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants have anesthetic assessment in outpatient consultation clinic before book the examination of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy and who provided a contact mobile telephone number; age 16~60yr; ASA score I to III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: inpatients; illiterate; unwillng to cooperate;
