Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed diagnosis of cervical spondylosis of cervical type in accordance with the diagnostic criteria published by Chinese Medical Association; 2. Male or female with ages from 18 to 60 year old; 3. With/without positive signs of musculoskeletal system in physical examination; 4. Pain intensity ranged frome 3 to 7 points measured by visual analog scale (VAS) when the patient is recruited; 5. Not treated by acupunture or other relative treatemnt within the latest 7 days; 6. The informed consent document has been signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of neck trauma, or T1~T6 thoracic vertebra trauma; 2. Suffering from centrum or spinal canal cancer, tuberculosis, severe osteoporosis; 3. having neck surgery and with congenital malformation of cervical vertebrae; 4. Pregnant or lactation period women, mental patients; 5. Suffering from severe systemic diseases such as cardio-cerebrovescular disease, tumors, mellitus and kidney, digestive system disease; 6. Unable to complete research questionnaires; 7. Rejecting to randomization.
