Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age: 18~40 years; 2. With ingestion of chilli dietary habits; 3. The 24-32 weeks of pregnancy; 4. Trimester of pregnancy without history of diabetes; 5. Diagnosed with gestational diabetes,blood glucose did not recover to normal level after medical nutrition intervention; 6. Ethical requirements, patients with voluntary subjects, and signed informed consent; 7. In the next 2 months lived in leave address.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. placenta previa or second trimester vaginal bleeding history; 2. liver function abnormality (exceeding the normal upper limit of 50%); 3. Gastric ulcer; 4. Chronic cholecystitis 5. Hyperthyroidism; 6. Piles; 7. Suffering from heart disease, hypertension (systolic >130 and / or diastolic blood pressure >90mmHg), hypotension (systolic <90 and / or diastolic blood pressure <60mmHg), glaucoma, epilepsy, asthma, gastrointestinal disorders; 8. Allergic constitution; 9. Never ingestion of chilli pepper; 10. Poor compliance with object; 11. physicians think that have any not suitable for selected cases.
