18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 to 60 years; 2. Elective operation; 3. The time of operation is about 1 to 3 hours; 4. ASA grades between I to II; 5. BMI between 18 to 24.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal in liver or kidney; 2. Have contraindications to propofol, ketamine or remifentanyl; 3. Have medical history of neuropathy or psychosis such as epilepsy; 4. Have medical history of hypertension or heart disease; 5. The time of surgery prolong over three hours.
