Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD ) GOLD level 3 -4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of tracheostomy, mechanical ventilation, severe abnormalities' of the sensory changes of chest radiography, severe cardiac arrhythmias or instability 'dynamic, inability' to perform forced expiratory maneuvers The criteria for drop-out : lack of informed consent, clinical worsening, and the occurrence of one or more of the exclusion criteria
