Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients were screened following inclusion criteria: Average pain intensity score (VAS) > 5; Neuralgia more than 3 months; Age > 30Y; Lung, liver, kidney and other vital organs had no diseases; Without a blood abnormal coagulation time; Without nausea, vomiting, dizziness, constipation, urinary retention, etc; No opioid allergy and abusers; Accept drug treatment for neuropathic pain; Agree to participate in this study and informed agreement signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Beyond the scope of herpes, spirit and/or cognitive impairment, diabetes, hypertension disease, recent severe myocardial infarction, kidney and liver abnormal function, electrolyte abnormalities, allergic constitution, severe obesity, pregnant women and nursing patients.
