Interventions

1:0.25%levobupivacaine 1ml/kg+ sufentanil 0.5ug/kg

2:Caudal injection 0.25% levobupivacaine 1ml/kg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sixty-two ASA status I pediatric patients, 1 to 6 yr old, who were scheduled for right orchidopexy, were enrolled in this randomized and double-blinded study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients were excluded from the study if they had any known history of allergy to study medicine, or any contraindication to caudal anaesthesia.
