trial group:low tide volume and low level positi-ve pressure mechanical ventilation mode:VT 6ml/Kg, f 16bpm, IPPV+PEEP(5mmHg)
traditional mechanical ventilation group:traditional mechanical ventilation m-ode: tide volume 10ml/Kg, f 12bp-m, IPPV

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I or II,Body Mass Index(BMI)more than 20 and less than 30,45-65 years old,female patients undergoing whole uterus excision by laparoscope

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. hemoglobin(Hb)less than 90g/dL; 2. with diabetes mellitus or hypertensive disease or cardiac disease; 3. with smoking or pulmo-diseases or neuromuscular diseases.
