Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA?-? children under the age of 12 undergoing elective or emergency surgery; 2. Preoperative anesthesia evaluation exist high risk of reflux and aspiration.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. the children tend to allergy or who is undergoing allergic disease, and may be allergy to anaesthetic; 2. the children may be allergy to local anaesthetics; 3. a medical history of Asthma or bronchospasm; 4. Preoperative anesthesia evaluation exist potential difficult airway and may have difficulties in intubation or mask ventilation; 5. a medical history of malignant hyperthermia per se or in family; 6. the children with contraindication of succinylcholine; 7. neonate.
