Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Parents (or Guardian) of children signed the informed consent voluntarily and will to accept corresponding intervention and to receive follow-up on time; 2. Age of all patients were between 1 and 36 months; 3. Diagnosis is acute diarrhea, and duration of symptoms was less than 72 hours. All patients had watery or loose stools and no bloody purulent stools.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with frequent vomiting or can't eat anything; 2. Stool routine showed more than 5 WBC or 3 RBC per HP; 3. Patients with severe dehydration and severe disturbance of electrolytes; 4. Patients with structural abnormity of digestive system or ever received operations of GUT; 5. With serious disease of heart, liver, or immunodeficiency disease; 6. With severe malnutrition; 7. Bacterial enteritis or treated with antibiotics; 8. Patients who are in other clinical trials.
