Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Early Parkinson disease patients: consistent with Parkinson's disease in western medicine, diagnosis criteria; the age 50to 75 years old; the improved Hoehn&Yahr classification in the grade 1 to grade 1.5. The medium stage Parkinson disease patients: the modified Hoehn&Yahr classification in the grade 2 to grade 3.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cyclophos phamide to Parkinson syndrome, Parkinson syndrome, superposition of hepatolenticular degeneration disease, cerebellum, brain stem lesions, multiple sclerosis, essential tremor, multiple system atrophy and Parkinson sick; the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine to liver and kidney yin deficiency type; the age 75 years; 4. With serious heart, liver, kidney disease or multiple organ failure, psychiatric patients; the abuse of drugs or alcohol; and to participate in other studies of patients; the adopted levodopa preparations or liver and kidney tonifying herbal treatment without drug eluting.
