18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years to 75 years; 2. Esophageal varices grade II or larger in size without previous variceal bleeding; 3. Primary liver cancer was diagnosed on the basis of ultrasound/CT/MRI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systolic pressure 90mmHg or 30mmHg lower than baseline systolic pressure, pulse pressure 20mmHg, hematocrit 20%; 2. Upper gastrointestinal bleeding; 3. Coagulation abnormalities (abnormal prothrombin time or five seconds longer than normal controls, or platelet count <50,000/mm3); 4. allergic to the test medication; 5. Use of beta blockers; 6. other malignancies; 7. severe primary disease of the liver, kidney, heart, brain, lung, endocrine system and the hematopoietic system; 8. Pregnant or lactating female patients; 9. Mental illness, no self-control; 10. Three months before the test in other clinical trials.
