Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients chosen diagnosed as nephrotic syndrome patients with minimal changes, membranous nephropathy, focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) or severe edema.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. nephrotic syndrome in severe pathological type (such as crescentric glomerulonephritis); 2. The patients had obvious chronic renal tubule-interstitium injury which were proved by pathology, or the patients may have chronic renal tubule-interstitium injury due to recurrence and long-term irregular treatment; 3. The patients who use suspicious nephrotoxic drugs (including traditional Chinese medicine) and the disease time of nephrotic syndrome is more than 2 months, or have complex or unclear medical history; 4. The patients who use any diuretics within 2 weeks; 5. The patients diagnosed as obvious hypovolemia in clinic; 6. The patient with moderate hypertension and cardiac function ? or higher; 7. The patients with financial difficulties or bad compliance, then probably their length of stay would less than one week; 8. The patients with urinary tract infection (the number of WBC in urine is greater than 3/HP).
