Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fifty-two consecutive patients undergoing OPCAB under standard sufentanil-based general anesthesia in Peking University People's Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria, Left ventricular ejection fraction less than 40%, emergency, Intra-aortic balloon pump application before surgery, congestive heart failure, chronic pain, mental disorder, being allergic to tramadol or sufentanil, severe kidney or liver disease, coagulopathy, drug abuse or alcohol abuse.
