Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Anti-HCV antibody and HCV-RNA copies will be positive results at least twice, and age must be between 18-65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with pregnancy or in breast-feeding periods;patients were accepting anti-virus treatment within 6 months; hepatitis C merging HBV, HDV, HEV and HIV, auto-immune liver desease, Metabolic liver diseases; tumor; Decompensated liver deseases; WBC<1.0*10^9/L; PLT<50*10^9/L;heart deseases; mental illness.
