60 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age from 60 to 90 years; 2. ASA grade 1~3; 3. Be Capable to obey the research program; 4. Be Voluntary to participate the research and sign the informed consent; 5. Without any severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic and renal diseases before operation; 6. Unilateral articular genu replacement surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffer from Severe cardiac and/or pulmonary and/or hepatic and/or renal diseases before operation; 2. ASA grade is equal to or greater than 3; 3. Be Unable to obey the research program due to getting mental illness or lack self-control ability or expression obstacles; 4. Being a volunteer to participated another clinical trial; 5. The researchers consider other reasons to exclude the unsuitable patients.
