Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients with acute coronary syndrome (the diagnostic criterias consult guidlines at home and abroad) in department of cardiology of west china hospital, sichuan university; Aged >=65, both gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: lacked self-care ability; did not insure buy medicine in the same site; Refused to attend the test or sign the consent form.
