27 Years to 73 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. adult patients without diabetes; 2. patients undergoing isolated valve replacement or valvoplasty; 3. patients without hyperlipidemia; 4. patients undergoing selective surgery without a past history of cardiac surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients rejected or did not write informed Consent; 2. patients undergoing valve surgery plus other cardiac surgery (such as coronary artey bypass grafting; aorta operation; ablation of atrial fibrillation); 3. abonormal liver and kidney function with or without a past history of liver or kidney disease; 4. inflammatory diseases that required therapy with steroids or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
