35 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Not limited to gender, aged 35 to 79; (2) Conform to the Operation conditions of TKR; (3) Preoperative knee flexion deformity angle =30; (6) Patients and their families know about the informed consent, and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Exclude the operation patients combining with heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organic diseases; (2) After Operation there are severe infection, deep venous thrombosis, skin necrosis, vascular complications, periprosthetic fracture, prosthesis fracture, femoral head fracture, four muscle rupture, Patellar tendon rupture and so on; (3) Hemorrhagic diseases such as leukemia, aplastic anemia, allergic purpura and so on; (4) Skin disease and skin lesions such as eczema, abscesses, skin frostbite, skin laceration, scald; (5) Psychiatric patients; (6) Voluntary withdrawal from the experiment; (7) The other patients who are not suitable for manual therapy and exercise training.
