B:Standard treatment of CHF+ShenSongYangXin Capsule

A:Standard treatment of CHF+ShenSongYangXin placebo Capsule 4granules t.i.d.po for 12weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18~75, both gender; 2. Patients with cardiac function NYHA II~III, Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) 40%~50% tested by two dimensional ultrasound heartbeat graph, has a stable hemodynamics and no need to deliver treatment through vein; 3. To be treated by standard treatment of heart failure at least 3 months with a stable dosage already; 4. Ventricular premature beats: 720-10000 beats/24 hours; 5. The heart failure caused by ischemic heart disease, or dilated cardiomyopathy; 6. To be signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subject to be expected to alive no more than 6 months; 2. Subject suffered from acute coronary syndrom in last three months (Acute miocardial infarction of ST segment elevation and non ST segment elevation, unstable agina); 3. To be comlicated with persistent atrial fibrillation, atrioventricular conduction block (II degree of Type II or III degree), or acute myocarditis; 4. To be comlicated with ventricular fibrillation, torsion type ventricular heartbeat rate, sustained ventricular tachycardia, or non sustained ventricular tachycardia with rapid ventricular rate and hemodynamic disorders; 5. Sinus heart rate less than 45 beats/minutes and needs to receive the pacemaker or has received pacemaker, or with abnormal sinus node function; 6. The hypertention, diabetes difficult to be controlled.
