Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. low back pain; 2. signs: movement, sensation and reflection barriers; 3. myelography, CT, MRI confirmed disc herniation; 4. no spinal stenosis and forward; 5. failed at least two months conservative treatment and nerve damage two months; 6. no significant lateral recess stenosis; 7. refused to operation?Non-surgical treatment fails.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Associated with rheumatoid arthritis; spastic paralysis; extreme lateral disc herniation; spondylolisthesis; lumbar spondylolysis; spinal stenosis; lateral recess stenosis (bone, ligament); severe lumbar degenerative disease, such as the vertebralgap severe stenosis, lateral recess stenosis, osteophytosis and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy, ossification, and so on constitute the nerve root and dural sac compression as the main factors.
