Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18–70 years; histologically con?rmed gastric cancer; advanced gasreic cancer; World Health Organization (WHO) performance status <=2; no previous chemotherapy or radiotherapy; adequate renal, hepatic,and cardiac function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Peritoneal dissemination or distant metastasis; significant cardiac disease; pregnancy; seriuous infections.
