18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient who are ASAI and ready for undergoing laryngeal microsurgery. At the same time the age of the patient must between 18 to 60 and the BMI must be less than 30.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient complicated with 1. Difficult intubation; 2. Hypertension; 3. Heart and lung disease; 4. Consumption of alpha 2 adrenergic agonist or Antagonist recently, will be excluded.
