18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Signed the informed consent form before participation; 2. Between 18 and 65 years old; 3. Acute, sub-acute, acute on chronic liver failure caused by various reasons, including virus, alcohol, drug or inherited metabolic disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Primary or metastasis liver cancer; 2. Existence of uncontrolled severe infection; 3. Shock; 4. Active gastrointestinal bleeding; 5. Definite decompensate cirrhosis; 6. Existence of any other severe active physical or mental diseases; 7. Highly allergic to heparin, plasma or protamine; 8. Pregnancy or lactation.
