Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: sixty males and sixty females, aged from 18 to 65 years, ASA physical status I or II, 19< BMI (body mass index)<25 (Kg/m2), scheduled for elective surgery were entered into the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusive criteria were the presence of abnormal airway, diseases in cardiovascular and respiratory system, malfunction of neuromuscular, hepatic or renal system, and current drug administration known or suspected to interfere with neuromuscular transmission.
