Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) mild to moderately hypercholesterolemia: TC: 5.13~8.00mmol/L, TG: 0.8-3.4mmol/L; 2) 40 to 65 years old; 3) BMI>23kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People who had chronic inflammatory diseases, coronary heart disease, diabetics, other cardiovascular diseases, or were taking anti-inflammatory agents or other medications which could affect lipid metabolism.
