Interventions

Group A:1. 3HZ rTMS+antidepressant drugs for 3 weeks
2. after rTMS treated by the drug and follow-up 6 months
Group B:1. 10HZ rTMS+ antidepressant drugs for 3 weeks
2. after high-frequency rTMS used one drug treat and follow-up 6 months

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. male or female aged 18 to 70 years old; 2. Patients with depression was diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual 3th edition (DSM-III); 3. The subjects or their guardian signed a study consent form before enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. They had metal that would preclude safe administration of rTMS; 2. They had Epilepsy; 3. They had history of significant head trauma, strokes, or seizures for safety reasons.
