Inclusion criteria: clavicle fractureType of fracture: transverse fracture, oblique fracture, comminuted fracture;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children younger than 12, the elderly and infirm is not suitable for surgery, serious heart and lung liver and kidney disease, mental illness do not match, refused surgery,Pleural effusion, bleeding tendency, metal allergy
