18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 to 70; 2. insulin treated type 2 diabetes and dose stable in 3 months; 3. HbA1c between 7%~12%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. impired with hepatic or renal disease (ALT>3 ULN or creatinine >1.5mg/dl); 2. known allergied to DPP-IV inhibitor; 3. used DPP-IV inhibitor or GLP-1 more than 1 month within 6 months; 4. diagnosed with MI,TIA and stroke disease; 5. diagnosed with mental disease.
