18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male and female aged over 18 years old; 2. Patients with colorectal cancer diagnosised by colonoscopy; 3. Normal hepatorenal function; 4. Need a radical surgery; 5. Primary colorectal cancer; 6. the FT process perioperative; 7. No operation contraindication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With metabolic disease and immune system disease; 2. With inflammation or acute infectious diseases within 1 moth; 3. With intestinal obstruction, bowel perforation, chronic enteritis and the phenomenon such as fever; 4. The tumor recurrence.
