18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anaesthesiologists Physical Status (ASA-PS) I or II; 2. undergoing selective thoracotomy;- weight between 45 and 75kg; 3. operation time 2-4 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of neurologic disease; 2. history of chronic analgesics intake; 3. history of allergic reactions to the experimental durgs; 4. history of renal insufficiency; 5. history of hepatic dysfunction; 6. history of coagulation disorders; 7. women in lactation; 8. participating in other studies.
