Vitamin A deficiency

Interventions

Control group:10 mg alpha-tocopherol and 10µg cholecalciferol in corn oil per day
Treatment 1:[10 mg alpha-tocopherol) and (10µg cholecalciferol) in corn oil per day] + [(retinol 60mg) per 3 months]
Treatment 2:(1.2mg retinol + 10 mg alpha-tocopherol + 10µg cholecalciferol) in corn oil per day

No minimum to 42 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. General healthy; 2. No obvious pregnancy complications; 3. Single pregnancy; 4. Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) negative; 5. The birth of babies born with normal weight; 6. No breastfeeding restrictions; 7. willing for breastfeeding of baby; 8. With a signed written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With any diagnosed chronic diseases; 2. With any Pregnancy complications; 3. Birth of twins and above; 4. Hepatitis b surface antigen (HBsAg) positive; 5. Birth of preterm, low birth weight and macrosomia; 6. Any obstacle for breastfeeding; 7. Not going to breast-feeding the baby; 8. Without signed written informed consent.
