Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hypertention patients with low level of 25 (OH) D. In patients with high blood pressure control guidelines in 2005 China diagnostic criteria level 1 or 2 class of essential hypertension patients; Blood 25 (OH) D level < 20 ng/ml (50 nmol/L), patients in xinjiang region live within three years, in the period of normal diet and intervention to keep time, outdoor activities and medication use calcium antagonists.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients took calcium and vitamin agent in past two months; Patients suffered infection, trauma, surgeries in past one month; Patients suffered acute cardiovascular events; New hair of cerebrovascular disease, peripheral vascular thrombosis sex disease; Thyroid function with hyperthyroidism, thyroid function is low, parathyroid gland disease, metabolic bone diseases, serious liver and kidney function not whole; Malignant tumor and autoimmune diseases.
