Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: open recruitment and referral basis for C-MT. A screening procedure will be arranged for identifying subjects exhibiting mild or moderate depression and/or anxiety. Using two self-reported measurement scales, Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scales (HADS) for screening purpose, only subjects with a BDI score of 15 or above, and/or HADS (Anxiety subscale) score of 8 or above will be included. Participants are recruited through open recruitment or referrals by helping professionals including medical officers, clinical psychologists, or social workers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: no previous psychiatric diagnosis and current psychotic features.
