18 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clear diagnosis of cancer pain; 2. Patients should be greater than 18 years of age; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria for constipation; 4. Controlled-release oxycodone day-definite service using doses >=80mg; 5. Can communicate well with doctors; 6. Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Constipation caused by organic disease such as cancer of the colon, Crohn's disease, colon polyps, intestinal stenosis caused by intestinal tuberculosis; 3. acute ileus; 4. Known to be allergic to test drug or any other accessories.
