Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age 18-55; 2. Erectile Function more than 6 months; 3. sexually nommal and IIEF<21.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. clear history of spine and perineal trauma; 2. pelvic surgery or surgery, or radiotherapy in 6 months; 3. Diabetes, hypertension, coronary syndrome, a serious medical illness need medication to control; 4. Serious neurological or psychiatric disorders; 5. Peyronie organic penis diseases and a variety of penis congenital malformations; 6. Blood, liver and kidney function, thyroid hormone, sex hormone (including PRL, T-, E2, LH, FSH) and significantly abnormal patients.
