Nausea and vomiting during and post operation

Interventions
Group 1:In group I tropisetron 5mg/5ml intravenously (IV) when the sipal anesthesia successfully finished before the operation began
Goup 2:tropisetron 5mg/5ml iv after the operation began 0.5 hour
Group 3:tropisetron 5mg/5ml iv before wound closure
Group 4:Group ? acted as the control group 0.9% saline 5ml iv after sipal anesthesia finished

23 Years to 68 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients having ASA physical status I or II. scheduled for gynecologic surgery under CSEA. had a body mass index between 18.5 and 25. operation time will be less than 2h, no smoking.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of PONV, or administration of patient-controlled analgesia. patients with a history of drug abuse, previous allergic reactions to serotonin antagonists, motion sickness, or any antiemetic therapy
