Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. cholecystolithiasis patient; 2. ages 20 to 70 years old; 3. B ultrasonic showe that gallbladder systolic function is good; 4. B ultrasonic shows the gallbladder wall thickness less than 4 mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of Operation on abdominal region; 2. complicating acute cholecystitis, pancreatitis, calculus of common bile duct, obstruction of common bile duct; 3. with severe liver?heart and lung disease, obstacles of clotting mechanism, tuberculosis active period; 4. duration of pregnancy or lactation.
