Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Suffered from the pain of knee and be diagnosed focal bone infarction clearly; 2. Have no incentive such as trauma; 3. Function of liver and renal is normal; 4. Agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have incentive such as trauma; 2. Have obvious osteoarthritis of knee; 3. Obvious liver or renal insufficiency.
